CHANGE MANAGEMENT: AN OPPORTUNITY WE CAN GUIDE

Help your staff (and yourself) make change work for them. This seminar will allow them to:

THE NEW ART OF LEADERSHIP: THE LEADER WITHIN

Mastering the art of leadership can help you influence more people, enjoy more success, and give to others more of what they want and what you have. At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

LIVING AND WORKING WITH (SOMETIMES) DIFFICULT AND DIFFERENT PEOPLE

When we live and work with others, there are inevitable times when we come into conflict with one another. The most successful managers and leaders are those who have mastered the art of working with other people. Harnessing person-to-person skills can transcend all others. This skill enhances our ability to have colleagues cooperate effectively with us, and encourages our staff and co-workers to provide the quality of service that reflects our best. Bottom line people skills even help us in our personal life-with spouses, children and partners.

WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT? CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING WITH OTHERS

What do you do when problems arise, and you've only got moments to make a significant contribution? How can you solve your own problems faster and more effectively? How can you break negative behavior patterns, and start relying on the best that is within our co-workers and us? Join us for a fast paced workshop devoted to the skills of helping others in our work and at home.

TEAMBUILDING... TACTICS THAT WORK

This seminar focuses on bottom line people skills to enhance strong team support systems. Discover a new, positive strategy for getting the best out of your team. Whether your team members are around the corner or across the country, this workshop will help draw out the best your team has to offer (and draw out the best in your leadership, too), by enhancing skills of communication, cooperation and collaboration.

CONSENSUS-BUILDING TO YE$: BIG MONEY DECISIONS DONE WELL

This is not a course in finance. We will look at what it is that makes for a good decision-a good decision-making process, an involved decision, and a consensus. This seminar helps you find "your way" to making the bigger (and sometimes riskier) financial decisions...with more consensus and certainty.

Working with others in the planning and spending of money for our institutions is a responsibility that does not have to keep you up nights with anxiety and worry. Using the cooperation of others to help make a decision that is good for all concerned is the mark of a skillful leader.

"The derailment of a CEO is seldom caused by a lack of information about the latest technology in marketing, finance or production; rather it comes about because of a lack of interpersonal skill - a failure to get the best out of the people who possess the necessary information."
