Keynotes

The New Face of a Leader: In these times of fast history, people and problems are changing. Successful leaders must be willing to let go of what has worked in the past, open their systems and be pulled by the future. Alan ignites the spark that rekindles a leader's excitement for finding new solutions and inspiring teams along fresh and fulfilling paths to the future.

The Great Salesperson in Changing Times: Alan re-examines the classical rules of selling and demonstrates how salespeople must keep some and transform others if they are to remain successful and indispensable. Just as his proven "rules of selling" have helped thousands in the past, now Alan provides a fresh road map for the future.

This Is Your Time: Despite the challenges in the world - and to a considerable extent because of them - this is the time to renew and rededicate yourself to your important work. Challenge and adversity are the launching pad for future success. When we have the perspective to see opportunities, we can forge ahead with vigor, passion and resolve.

Thriving in Turbulent Times: To sustain and enhance success, organizations must be able to move quickly and find fresh solutions. Alan passionately communicates innovative insights and inspires people to get on with the tasks at hand.

Seminars/Workshops

The Speaking Intensive - an extraordinary workshop designed to bring the very best and most unique communicator within you. This is no ordinary training. Most programs move speakers from unacceptable to acceptable, but burden them with cookie cutter rules that leave them "me-too" mechanical. The Intensive is broader in purpose, much more personal in approach and far deeper in impact, producing profound results that last and grow. Learn to:

  1. Turn dull technical data into dynamic information.
  2. Enhance credibility where others lose theirs.
  3. Perfect persuasiveness and dramatically improve results.

Keynote presentations can be offered as half day workshops.

"Military history is largely a history of generals fighting the wrong war. They tend to use strategies and tactics designed for the previous war. In today's fast-changing 'battlefield,' we can't afford that mistake."
